Not Gone, Just Adulting

Hahaha hello people! We are just gonna pretend that it hasn't been almost a year of me not posting anything, well what can I say, "I am just a chill guy" (not Laksh trying to fit in). So how have y'all been, as per our little ritual, feel free to drop an anonymous comment about whatever’s on your mind (really). Let's get back to me, where have I been!? I wish I could answer something like a secret raw agent but still a lost boy, oh wait lost man (turned 20, aha aha). So where I have been, 1 year no poems, blogs, conversation or stories? Do I have a social life now or what? Well I do, but I had that back then also. So what changed? Well I did. No this blog is not about changing for the better or finding my purpose, it's more of an apology. I realized some of my past blogs, poems haven't been doing well. And I wasn't really bothered cause I don't write blogs for validation or such but I did wrote a few blogs to impress more than to express. Perfect grammar, polished sentences, big words. I did it all. The emotion? Well while trying to add layers to it I somehow covered it. And the other reason, Adulting. Ahh god this one really sucks. You get slapped in the face multiple times cause let's be honest we ain't gonna learn it from just one. 

When your dreams have a destination but not a route,
When you wonder if your roots are capable enough to bear fruit,
When practicality speaks, and you must put your thoughts on mute,
When expectations and wishes play a haunting duet.  

That's adulting my friend.
