 Trying To Be Happy 

Fun Fact : We can be Happy . Well I didn't believed it at first but after a long session of motivational videos I did believed it . But another fun fact : Motivation from motivational videos are temporary . Shit now what ?? Should I just pretend to be happy or the best stay in my room the whole day . Well tried that and was successfully depressed , had social anxiety , anxiety attacks etc etc (smiley emoji , thumb emoji). I never used to speak this out loud cause I didn't wanted to be judged . Yeah right I said 'Judged' . Whenever you say something like this you are looked as a victim and I don't know why that sympathy look and I am like get the fuck out of my face . And yeah forgot to mention had to keep up with the ideology 'Men are Not weak' . Cause even if your friend is going through the same he will make fun of you just to look rough and tough . 

Well to be honest I would have never been this courageous to say all this If I wasn't healed , I don't know how but I feel better . Maybe because I found a way to  be happy . Well when everyone used to say find happiness in small moments , small things I used to never believe them but , but watching the flower bloom from the plant you watered everyday , seeing how old couples see each other with all the trust, respect and love , watching a kid play in the garden and even if he gets hurt how he runs back again to the stairs for that one last slide , believing in the universe Ik this sounds stupid but trust me it works , doing small things to make someone else happy just by giving then a compliment and in case of our moms just filling up the bottles sometimes without her command, not using your phone for a few hours a day , being a helping hand for someone , being grateful . Let's not miss out on the beautiful moments around us.
