 Healing Yourself

We all have wounds ; some are visible some are not . It can be your childhood trauma , your insecurities , something you have gone through , losing someone and many more . Their are many ways cope up with this but what I have realized by observing people and going through this myself is that we try to neglect it and later get depressed. Healing is hard trust me . Sometimes I wish that mental wounds could also be healed by some ointment just like physical wounds . And to be honest I still neglect things and be depressed every second day but this time I am learning . I am learning how to accept things that I can't change , I am learning how to not give up , I am learning how to not mess up things in my head , I am learning how to maintain my distance from toxic and negative friends , I am learning how to control my emotions and let go people/things that are not good for me and most importantly I am learning how to be happy . Some wounds leave their mark for a long period of time.  You might get sad through the things you have healed from and its okay but this time you can't let yourself be in the zone you were then. Maybe healing will take alot from you but it gives much more than that .
